Construction has begun on an aging-in-place addition in Alexandria, VA. The owners returned to brennan+company architects for their 4th project with us. This collaboration has spanned nearly 4 decades, beginning in 1989 with the renovation of their historic 1920 residence. The new 2-story addition includes a LULA elevator for increased accessibility and usability as the owners age while maintaining the historic character of the original house and earlier additions.
