brennan+company worked with this local art studio, to renovate this historic commercial building located in Catonsville Junction, where the former era of streetcars is still remembered. The renovation included removal of the non-historic siding, windows and awning and the return of the lost commercial storefront windows and doors that bring light to the interior and allow a peak to the artist studio space and their wares. The renovation revealed historic cedar shakes that will bring back the tactile character of the original building.
