brick ranch house gets a modern update

hailing from new zealand, this family comes to us with the exciting request to newzealandize their catonsville brick ranch. we are extending the horizontality with a new corrugated metal roof covering what is now an open side patio and adding lots of wood railings, louvers, steps and siding to warm up the exterior. on the inside we will be taking over a first floor bedroom with a new open stair, renovating bathrooms and making the spaces more family friendly and up-to-date. looking forward to the great before and afters of this one!
