Artist studio/garage highly praised!

The Ellicott City Historic District Commission approved our project, after highly praising our design and application. The application was “the most complete and thorough application we have ever seen!” The commission praised our design and the materials we chose, and were impressed that it matched the character of the house so well.  “You’ll be the envy of artists all over town,” said one member to our client. “I want a garage like this!” said another.  It was the first time we’d seen them all crack a smile during the whole hour’s meeting. We are very pleased that the HDC members so thoroughly appreciate our traditional design skills.
